Tourlink Walkie Talkie is operated and provided by Jzonetech Co. ("Jzonetech", "we", "our", or "us"). The primary purpose of this application is to provide real-time voice communication between users over the Internet.

When you create a Tourlink Walkie Talkie account, you are required to provide your email address so that we can create and manage your account and provide related services.
During registration and sign-in, we collect your device's unique Serial Number (SN) to associate your device with your account.
If you submit a complaint or request support through the application, we may also use your device's Serial Number (SN) to verify your identity and access our support platform.
To provide Push-to-Talk voice communication, the application requires access to your device's microphone. The microphone is only used while you are actively using the walkie-talkie feature. If you deny or revoke this permission, voice communication will not be available.
The application requests permission to access media files solely for playing locally stored voice history. Audio files remain on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. If this permission is denied, the voice history playback feature will not be available.
To support gesture-based Push-to-Talk activation, the application requests access to motion sensor data. If this permission is denied, gesture activation will not be available.
When you use location-related features, the application requests access to your device's location in order to display your current position. If location permission is denied, these features will not be available.
While using the walkie-talkie service, your voice data is processed temporarily to provide real-time voice communication. We do not use your voice data for any purpose other than providing this service.
The application may also store a limited amount of voice recordings locally on your device to support voice history playback. You may delete these recordings at any time from your device.
If the application encounters an internal error, we may collect diagnostic information including your device's IP address, device model, operating system version, application configuration, and the date and time of the error. This information is used solely to improve application quality, reliability, and performance.
Purpose: Online speech-to-text recognition.
Information Collected: IP address, Android ID (Android devices), China Mobile UAID (Android only), OAID (Android only), UUID (iOS only), and MAC address (Linux devices only).

Information Collected: Device identifiers (such as IMEI, MAC Address, Android ID, OAID, IDFA, OpenUDID, GUID, IP Address, ICCID, IMSI), approximate location (optional), and installed application list (only when uninstall analysis is enabled).
